My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, surrounded by a park with a lake and near Sloan stadium for spring training games. The service was exceptional, with staff who seemed genuinely happy at their jobs. However, the rooms had some cleanliness issues, like finding someone else's leftover food in the refrigerator and a bobby pin on the floor, which had been there for days.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, surrounded by a park with a lake and near the Cubs winter stadium. However, the room walls were too thin, leading to a noisy environment and the service was a mix of wonderful and clueless encounters.

I was given a comfortable king bed room with a walk-in shower, but the thin walls caused disruptions from loud neighboring guests and their pets. Many of us requested relocations due to this issue.

The hotel is located in a great area with plenty to do around town, including an amazing park within walking distance. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but there were issues with missing amenities like a hairdryer and microwave tray. Housekeeping was lacking as well, with no restocking of towels or toiletries even upon request and a room not being cleaned by noon the next day.
